The way support is delivered matters as much as the fix. Clients consistently describe our team as responsive, polite, helpful, professional and happy to answer any question.
Every request is logged, triaged and tracked to resolution. Documentation and service history mean you never start from scratch — the technician who answers already knows your systems, your vendors and what happened last time.
What’s included
- Ticket intake by phone or email, with triage, troubleshooting, escalation and follow-up
- Remote support for workstations, laptops, applications, printers, connectivity and Microsoft 365
- On-site visits for physical equipment, cabling, facilities, network gear, conference rooms and audio/video
- Print, scan and document-handling issues at the operational edge where people actually do their jobs
- Phone, fax and voicemail troubleshooting across desk phones, headsets and softphone apps
- User enablement: setup, installation, training and change support as your organization evolves
- Support for remote and hybrid workers, field staff, multiple offices and shared workstations
- Coordination with software publishers, phone and Internet providers and specialty vendors until the issue is actually resolved
What this means for you
One place to call. Every issue recorded. Faster resolution because the person helping you already knows your environment, and leadership sees patterns instead of informal fixes.
We learn the systems that run your organization
Recent service-desk work explicitly includes support for Filevine, MiTek, Lacerte, SmartVault, Kofax, NetDocuments, Worldox, TABS3, ShareFile and QuickBooks. When a line-of-business application is supported by its own vendor, we still own the coordination — you are never bounced between providers.
Help when you need it
Our help desk is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. For emergencies outside those hours, we’re available when you need us.
