Co-managed IT works in both directions. Your internal staff keep the work they are best placed to handle; we supply the monitoring platform, documentation system, layered security, backup oversight, vendor coordination, project delivery and recurring strategic reviews around them.
The result is an internal team that is no longer the single point of failure — with coverage for vacations, turnover and the projects that never get finished because day-to-day support gets in the way.
What’s included
- Endpoint monitoring, patching and remote-management platform shared with your internal staff
- Documentation of people, assets, networks, applications, vendors and procedures in one system of record
- Layered security: managed detection and response, MFA, email protection, awareness training and incident coordination
- Backup oversight, alarm monitoring and recovery planning
- Escalation to senior engineers for servers, networks, identity and Microsoft 365 architecture
- Project capacity for migrations, refreshes, office moves and security-control deployment
- Vendor and provider coordination when a problem crosses product boundaries
- Recurring technology reviews, lifecycle planning and budget guidance for leadership
What this means for you
Your in-house IT staff get our tools, our team and a clear plan. Leadership gets accountability for the whole environment instead of hoping one person can cover everything.
How responsibilities are divided
During onboarding we document who owns what: first-line support, endpoint administration, identity and access changes, backup verification, vendor escalation, security response and strategic planning. The division is written down, reviewed at each technology business review, and adjusted as your team changes.
